Microsoft has recently announced that a leading hotel chain is to utilise its CRM 4 platform. Choice Hotels has chosen Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 to automate and integrate its franchise management operation.
The hotel group are believed to have chosen CRM 4, due to the ease of integration with Microsoft Productivity software, which is already in operation by the company. With this interoperability, the company will be able to ramp-up levels of end-user adoption, and maximise utilisation across their workforce.
Choice Hotels expects the CRM software to generate multiple business benefits that align with its core strategic priorities. The benefits of this move will include company growth and decision support, time saving, increased efficiency, improved accuracy of data, improved reporting and enhanced customer service initiatives.
Carol Galonis, Choice Hotels vice president of corporate information systems commented on the move:
"Implementing a franchise management system that provides a 360-degree view of our franchisees will help enable streamlined processes, ultimately allowing us to service our franchisees better through coordinated services. The extensibility of Microsoft Dynamics CRM makes it the ideal platform for this system."
A spokesperson for leading hosted CRM 4 providers, Genesis Communications had this to say: “CRM 4 is a very versatile solution for many organisations.
